Louise has a lovely voice and is passionate about helping people improve their lives. I use the morning meditation frequently and find it effective. (I tend to fall asleep during any evening meditations.) my favorite meditations! You may use a phrase such as I Am Love or All Is Well.Or it can be as simple and powerful as doing mirror work to improve your self-esteem and well-being. I have been meditating ever since, and I have attended many classes over the years. They each offer a slightly different method of meditation. All methods have benefits, although they may not be right for you. Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. And as you breathe quietly, notice how comforting that feels. Be aware that you can do this anytime and anywhere and take care of yourself.

I encourage you to try out this meditation in the evening, just a short while before bed. Evening is one of the best times to meditate as it helps you to recenter your body’s energy and create a peaceful night’s sleep.
