About this deal

Immediately, this grabbed my interest and it's definitely a page-turner and something I was not massively expecting. I have to dock stars for personal reasons, ie, I feel like this memoir sort of glorifies the sacrifice and misery that comes out of being a partner to such a volatile individual. Opening up in her new memoir, Paris, 31, shared the tough start to life her older sibling had and how Romain's condition taught her just how important it is to "support and protect" family. They are proud parents to sons Prince John James, nine, Prince Tyson II, four, Prince Adonis, two, and daughters Venezuela, 12, Valencia, three, and Athena, two months, who was born in August. Paris, who recently showed off her son's gold crib on social media, cut a chic figure in black leggings and a white blouse, paired with a check blazer and trainers for the outing.

It’s rare to hear the carer’s perspective of mental health and lots of people will be able to relate to this read. I enjoyed this book, not sure she was entirely truthful in it but I liked the behind the scenes access it gave. Paris' outing comes after she and Paris welcomed their seventh child - a baby boy named Prince Rico Paris Fury - on 18 September. The pregnant wife of professional boxer Tyson Fury made the career announcement on Sunday (May 21) after teasing her fans with “exciting news”. How by missing the flags and by asking Tyson to man up and pull himself together she was making things worse for him, and how by feeling ashamed and deciding not to talk to anyone she was making it much harder for herself. As a massive boxing fan - and as Paris suggests in the book - I picked this up to see some insight into the other half of Tyson Fury’s world. When dealing with mental health, an aspect that is usually overlooked is how it affects the loved ones and the immediate circle of the patient. Posting a video to Instagram, which was recorded from her car whilst enjoying a day out in Blackpool with her children, Paris wrote: “So excited to reveal my new book, How Does She Do It? I have followed Tyson Fury for the last couple of years, after reading his books and watching their documentary in 2020 and at first had judged him as someone I wasn't interested in but when I read his books my opinion changed, and even more so when I saw his documentary.

I am not a huge boxing fan, but when Tyson started openly speaking about Mental Health, he caught my attention, as well as his ever supportive wife Paris. It covered a lot of things I already knew about from reading his books and watching his documentary but it was lovely to read things from her perspective. It was just so lovely reading about Paris’ upbringing from her childhood and how she met the love of her life: Tyson.

Fans predicted the announcement would be a gender reveal or that she and the Gypsy King are expecting twins. Most importantly the book dealt with the incredible highs and lows of living with someone with mental illness, that can go either way, Paris chose to stay, it takes strength and courage to do this, she documents that well in the book, you can see her aim is to keep the family together. Paris told her followers that she'd ended up making a last minute trip to a supermarket with her oldest child Venezuela, 14, in a bid to find something to wear to meet her fans the following day. Making a life with someone who has a host of mental health issues has got to be extremely difficult, and that's the point of this book. She addresses the really tough times of dealing with Tyson’s fluctuating moods and eventual breakdown and diagnoses.
